HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Our HIIT classes combine strength and cardio in fast-paced intervals designed to build lean muscle, burn fat, and improve endurance. All HIIT formats are scalable, so first-timers and experienced athletes can work at their own intensity in the same room.
Boot Camp
A total-body, high intensity program that uses free weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to build lean muscle, intensify fat burning, and push your endurance further. Boot Camp is challenging by design, but every movement can be scaled, making it accessible to all fitness levels.
TRX Circuit
TRX Circuit blends flexibility and stretching with suspension-based strength movements. It's built for all levels, but expect a high intensity pace throughout. This class is a favorite for members who want strength training and mobility work in a single session.
Spin
Mussel Beach Health Club offers the largest indoor spinning program on the Outer Cape. Our instructors guide you through a 60-minute, non-impact indoor cycling class set to great music, making it a high-calorie-burn option that's easy on the joints.
Spin classes require in-person, pre-registration due to limited bike availability. Stop by the front desk an hour before class to secure your spot.
Yoga
Our yoga program covers a variety of styles and levels, so every student gets a safe, challenging experience regardless of experience. Beyond building strength, stamina, and flexibility, regular practice supports mental clarity and stress relief, making it a natural complement to our higher intensity classes.
